Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. BrightBuilds is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
