Return & Refund Policy
At BrightBuilds, we are passionate about providing quality educational toys for curious minds. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item shipped at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items All sales are final except in cases of defect or damage. We do not accept returns for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect item selections made by the customer
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Opened or used toys (unless defective)
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
